By using the services provided by SHUAA ALNOOR Documents Clearing Company ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Client," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use the services of SHUAA ALNOOR Documents Clearing Company, whether through our website, in person, by telephone, or by any other means of communication.

Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

SHUAA ALNOOR Documents Clearing Company provides professional document clearing and government liaison services across the United Arab Emirates. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Immigration / GDPFA / ICA — Residence visa processing, entry permits, visa renewals, status changes, and all related immigration applications submitted to the General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs and the Identity & Citizenship Authority.
2. Emirates ID / ICA — New applications, renewals, replacements, and data amendment of Emirates Identity Cards through the Identity and Citizenship Authority.
3. Medical — DHA & MOH — Medical fitness tests, health certificates, and related approvals through the Dubai Health Authority and Ministry of Health.
4. Ministry of Labor / TAS'HEEL — Labor contract registration, work permit applications, labor card renewals, and all services offered through Tas'heel service centers.
5. Documentation Assistance — Preparation, organization, proofreading, and submission of official government documentation, forms, and applications.
6. Attestation — Document attestation and legalization from UAE government authorities, embassies, and consulates.
7. Translation Services — Certified and general translation of official documents, legal papers, and business correspondence.
8. Business Setup — Assistance with trade name reservation, business registration, Memorandum of Association drafting, and initial approval procedures.
9. Licensing Support — Trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and related approvals from relevant UAE authorities.

The Company acts as a facilitator and intermediary between clients and the relevant government authorities. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as final decisions rest solely with the respective government entities.

To enable us to provide services effectively, clients are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation as requested by the Company.
• Ensure all documents submitted are authentic and comply with UAE laws and regulations.
• Notify the Company promptly of any changes in personal details, circumstances, or requirements that may affect the service being provided.
• Cooperate fully and respond in a timely manner to any requests for additional information or documentation.
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws, regulations, and government authority requirements.
• Make payment of all applicable fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
• Refrain from submitting false, forged, or misleading documents; doing so may constitute a criminal offence under UAE law.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client fails to meet these obligations or if we have reasonable grounds to believe the client is engaged in any unlawful activity.

All service fees are payable as agreed upon prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise stated in a written agreement between the Company and the Client.

• Service Fees: Our professional service charges are separate from any government fees, authority charges, or third-party costs that may be applicable to your application.
• Government Fees: All official government fees, authority charges, and related costs are the responsibility of the Client and are payable in addition to our service fees.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service engagement.
• Refund Policy: Service fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds may be considered at the Company's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances where no work has been performed.
• Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to revise service fees at any time. Clients will be informed of any fee changes prior to incurring additional charges.

Any dispute regarding payments must be raised in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.

SHUAA ALNOOR Documents Clearing Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and documentation. We will not disclose, sell, or share your personal or business information to any third party except:

• Where required to process your application with the relevant government authority or service provider;
• Where required by applicable UAE law or regulatory authority;
• With your explicit written consent;
• Where necessary to protect the legal rights of the Company.

All staff and representatives of SHUAA ALNOOR are bound by confidentiality obligations. Documents and personal information shared with us are handled securely and with the utmost discretion.

While SHUAA ALNOOR Documents Clearing Company takes every reasonable step to ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, we cannot be held liable for:

• Delays, rejections, or decisions made by government authorities or third-party agencies that are beyond our control;
• Losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by the Client;
• Changes in UAE laws, regulations, policies, or government procedures that affect the outcome of an application;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use of our services;
• Any disruption to our services caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

The Company's maximum liability in any matter shall be limited to the professional service fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question. We strongly recommend that clients retain copies of all submitted documents and correspondence.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

By engaging our services, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Dubai.

SHUAA ALNOOR Documents Clearing Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

We encourage clients to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued engagement of our services after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If we make material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to notify you by email or by a prominent notice on our website, where reasonably practicable.
